Making a
bequest to Beyond Disability through your will
We know your will is very personal and private but we do need
continuing generous support from the families of people we help and
others who are capable of helping
because of their good fortune.
Making a will is an important part of your planning. It is when you
provide for your family and the charity of your choice. Including a
gift to Beyond Disability is a way to continue your support.
We hope the following words help you to add these thoughts to your
will. We do recommend that you contact your solicitor to make sure that
your wishes are legally binding.
Draft
After payment of all my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses and
all levies due on my estate at my death, I give to Beyond Disability
Inc and I state that the receipt by its Chief Executive Officer,
Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to
my executors:
$ (insert amount) for the general-purpose
of Beyond Disability Inc.
or
The balance of my estate for the general purposes of Beyond Disability
Inc.
